Karim AITOUNA

Graduated in Law, in film studies and in cultural management, Karim Aitouna is a film producer  working between France and Morocco with HAUT les MAINS productions in Lyon and Waq Waq Studio in Tangier. In 2013, he was selected as Emerging Producer at the Jihlava DIFF. He produced among others productions : Anna Roussillon’s award-winning “I Am The People” (2014), David Yon’s “The Night And The Kid” (2015), Rä Di Martino “Contro Figura”, “Poisonous Rose”s by Ahmed Fawzi Saleh, awarded more than 16 international awards and Egypt Oscar nominated for 2020 and lately the documentaries “Dans La Maison” by Karima Saidi & “Gevar’s Land” by Qutaiba Barhamji, and “Europe” by Philip Scheffner.

Karim Aitouna is member of EAVE and EURODOC. He worked as lecturer and consultant for many funds, Labs and festivals ( IFFR Pro Days by Rotterdam IFF, Open Doors Pro by Locarno IFF, Alpi Film Lab by Torino Film Lab, Les Ateliers de l’Atlas by Marrakech IFF, Red Sea Film Fund, etc)

Stefano Tealdi

Stefano was born in Johannesburg and studied in Italy where he co-founded Stefilm. Since 1988, he has produced several documentaries, such as “Vinylmania” (Goteburg IFF, Chicago Int. Movies and Music Festival, Rotterdam IFF…), “Char, no man’s island” (Golden Kapok Guangzhou, Special Mention DIFF- Dubai, Berlinale Forum 2013), “The queen of silence” (IDFA 2014; Doc Point – Helsinki 2015; Silver Horn best doc at Krakow IFF 2015; Golden Nanook – Grand Prix Best Doc Flahertia-na IDF Perm 2015; Best Doc Let’s Cee IFF Vienna 2015).

Founder member of FERT (Filming with a Euro-pean Regard in Turin), he directed 17 editions of the annual workshop Documentary in Europe. He chaired European Documentary Network and he is national coordinator for INPUT, Television in the Public Interest. He tutors on film produc-tion and pitching for organizations such as Ven-ice Biennale, Cannes Film Festival, Durban Film Mart, EAVE, Festival des 3 continents, Torino Film Lab…
