Oumar Sall

Oumar Sall, born in 1973 in Senegal, holds a diploma in administrative and financial management, in analytical management of production, and a diploma in organization and management of audiovisual production, financial packing of fiction and documentary, and film analytical accounting from the INA (National Institute of Audiovisual Paris – French Government Grant). He has been a producer for more than 10 years. He has large experiences in all areas : short and feature films, commercials, video-clips, and documentaries. He is a dynamic agent in production in Senegal and West Africa. He has especially produced Tey and Félicité by Alain Gomis – both films won the Golden Etalon at FESPACO in 2013 and 2017. Félicité continued his career in festivals by winning the Silver Bear at the Berlinale 2017, a Silver Hugo at the Chicago Film Festival, and was selected to represent Senegal at the Oscars 2018 (Group of the last Films of the World).
